Plan comparison overview
- Free Plan: For getting started. 1 user, 3 active clients, 3 active projects, 5 invoices per month, 5 quotes per month. Includes time tracking, desktop tracker, client portal, expenses, reports, and AI assistant (BYO key).
- Pro Plan: For working freelancers. 1 user, unlimited clients, unlimited projects, unlimited invoices, unlimited quotations, and recurring invoices & retainers.
- Business Plan: For small teams. Includes 3 team seats with roles (Owner, Admin, Member), removes "Powered by Invollo" branding, and allows connecting custom email domains (Resend / Brevo).
Important NoteInvoice and quotation monthly allowances on the Free plan reset at the start of each calendar month. Moving to a lower plan never deletes data; limits only block new clients, invoices, quotes and projects.
