For remote contractors & distributed work
Remote work your clients can see, billed from the hours you track
When you and your client never share an office, trust comes from transparency. Invollo pairs time tracking, with optional screenshots that are disclosed up front, with a client work diary and invoices built directly from tracked hours.
Desktop tracker for Windows 10/11 · clients see screenshots only if the workspace allows it.
The problem
Distance turns every invoice into a question of trust
When clients and remote contractors never meet in person, billing disputes arise over invisible hours and vague timesheets. Invollo replaces uncertainty with transparency: lightweight time tracking, optional disclosed screenshots, a transparent client work diary, and invoices generated directly from tracked project time.

Screenshots, in plain words
What gets captured, and who sees it
- The desktop tracker takes periodic screenshots of the full screen while a timer is running with screenshots switched on.
- The interval is set by the workspace, every 3, 5, 10 or 15 minutes, and applies to everyone tracking in that workspace.
- The workspace can review the screenshots. The client sees them only if the workspace allows it, in the work diary of their portal.
- Tell anyone who tracks time in your workspace that screenshots are taken, and agree the rules before work starts. Transparency only builds trust when everyone knows the rules.
