How your workspace data is handled
- Limited data sent per request: To answer a question, Invollo sends only the limited summary needed for that specific request (such as invoice numbers, amounts, and dates). We never send passwords, payment card data, or client email addresses.
- Zero model training: None of the AI providers used by Invollo train their models on your workspace data or prompts.
- Conversations stored for 180 days: Your conversation history is stored in your workspace for 180 days so you can pick up where you left off, and is visible only to your team members according to their permissions.
- Managed directly: Invollo AI runs on monthly credits included with your plan. There are no provider accounts or API keys required.
