Recurring invoices and retainers
Automate repeat billing: schedule invoices weekly, every 2 weeks, monthly, quarterly or annually, with an optional end date or invoice count.
Draft or auto-email: choose per schedule whether to save generated invoices as drafts for review (with an in-app notification) or email them directly to your client.
Full schedule controls: pause, resume, skip the next scheduled invoice, or generate the next invoice immediately.
Client retainers with included hours: fixed fee per period with included hours; billable tracked time on client projects counts automatically, and extra hours can be added to the next invoice or shown as a summary.
Reliable delivery: missed or past schedule periods are never billed late.

Your data is now backed up every night, encrypted, with monitoring that alerts us if a backup is late.

Accurate dashboard totals and more reliable email
Dashboard totals are calculated in your workspace currency and time zone, include partially paid and overdue invoices, and the period filter now works.
You’ll see a notice when an exchange rate is missing or out of date, instead of a silently wrong total.
Emails that fail for a temporary reason, such as a network problem, are retried automatically.
Passwords now need at least 12 characters on every screen, and the sign-in page no longer reveals whether an email address has an account.
Leaving settings with unsaved changes asks you first, and buttons are easier to tap on phones.

A security and reliability overhaul
We reviewed and tightened how workspaces are kept separate from each other.
Payments and refunds are recorded once, in a single ledger, and invoice balances are calculated from those recorded payments, so totals stay consistent.

Public invoice and quote links show only what your client needs to see.
