- No. Invollo never logs in to a marketplace, never automates anything there and never sends anything for you. The optional reply-box button in the browser extension acts only when you click it, and you send every message yourself. Each marketplace sets its own rules, so follow its terms.
- How does the AI reply helper protect my account?
- The helper automatically masks usernames, order numbers, and contact details before consulting AI, and checks every draft for accidental contact information, outside links, or review solicitation.
- What are the marketplace plan limits?
- The Free plan includes 1 active marketplace order. Pro and Business provide unlimited active orders and proof pack exports. Agency team sheets are on Business.
- How does statement checking work?
- You can open Fiverr’s statement PDF to check it against your recorded earnings. The file is read in your browser; if you save the check, only the period and the total are kept.
