Managing your subscription, upgrades, and bKash
How card billing, bKash in Bangladesh, plan changes, and failed payments work.
You can upgrade, downgrade, or manage your Invollo subscription at any time in Billing.
Payment methods & billing policies
- Card billing: Card subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
- bKash in Bangladesh: Workspaces in Bangladesh can pay subscriptions via bKash. Payments are prepaid for 30 days and do not renew automatically.
- Failed payments: If a card payment fails, it is retried automatically for about a week. After 3 days unpaid, the workspace enters restricted mode (sign in, view and export; clients can still pay existing invoices). After about 7 days unpaid, the workspace moves to the Free plan. All data is kept.
- Cancellation: When canceled, your paid plan remains active until the end of your billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds are issued.
