Yes. The Free plan costs nothing, with no time limit and no card needed. It covers up to 3 clients, 5 invoices and 5 quotes per month and 3 active projects for one user, and your documents show “Powered by Invollo”. There is no free trial of a paid plan — you simply upgrade when you need more.
No. Invollo takes 0% of your client payments. Clients pay you directly: by bank transfer to the details on your invoice, or by card and PayPal through your own Stripe or PayPal account. Invollo never holds or moves the money. Your bank’s or payment provider’s own fees still apply.
Nothing you have already created is deleted. When you have 3 active clients or 3 active projects, or have created 5 invoices or 5 quotes in a calendar month, Invollo asks you to upgrade before you add another. You can also wait: the invoice and quote allowances start again next month.
Business is $29 per month by card. It includes everything in Pro, plus team seats with roles (3 included), no “Powered by Invollo” on your invoices, PDFs, emails, public invoice page and client portal footer, sending from your own domain by connecting your Resend or Brevo account, and higher email sending limits. The client portal header still shows Invollo. Business is self-serve: start free, then upgrade to Business in Billing.
Every plan includes monthly AI credits for Invollo AI. Invollo AI is managed by Invollo, with no API keys to set up or provider accounts needed. Pro and Business include more monthly AI credits.
By card. Pro is $9.99 per month and Business is $29 per month, billed monthly. Card payments are handled by our billing partner (see the Terms of Service). Workspaces in Bangladesh can pay with bKash instead.
You can cancel anytime: your plan stays active until the paid period ends, then moves to Free. If a payment fails, your workspace is restricted after 3 days unpaid and moves to Free after about 7 days. Your records are always kept. We do not give pro-rated refunds (see Terms of Service §3).
Yes. You can track hours in Fiverr’s UTC week, export dispute-ready proof packs (Pro and Business), check earnings and draft buyer replies with the AI reply helper. Invollo is independent and not affiliated with Fiverr or Upwork. It never logs in to a marketplace and never sends anything there for you — you copy your hours and replies yourself.
