Marketplace earnings, withdrawals and statement check

Open Marketplace and click Earnings. The same summary is also on the Reports page. Invollo adds up your marketplace work: reported and approved hours, completed fixed-price orders, approved milestones, extras and tips, minus refunds and the marketplace fee.

Earnings and clearing

• Waiting for the buyer: delivered or reported, not yet approved or completed.
• Clearing: approved or completed, with an estimated "Clears on" date.
• Disputed: the client disputed the week.
• The By month table shows gross, marketplace fees and net per month.

Recording a withdrawal

1. Click Add a withdrawal.
2. Enter the Amount withdrawn, the Withdrawal fee and the Method: Bank transfer, Payoneer, PayPal, bKash, Card or Other.
3. Optionally enter what Arrived in your account and its currency (for example BDT). Invollo shows the rate you got.
4. Click Save.

Checking against your Fiverr statement

Fiverr's Statement of Earnings is a PDF you download on Fiverr from Earnings → Financial documents. Under "Check against your Fiverr statement", click Read a statement PDF and choose the file (up to 5 MB). Invollo reads the period and the total in your browser; the file is not uploaded.

• Invollo shows what Fiverr says next to your records for the same period, and the difference.
• A difference usually means orders that are not in Invollo yet, or hours recorded but not reported.
• Nothing is stored unless you click Save. Then only the period and the total are kept.
