Fixed-price and milestone orders

For fixed-price and milestone orders, the order page keeps your own record of delivery: the due date, revisions, extensions and what the buyer added or refunded. Keep it in step with the order page on the marketplace. Invollo never changes the marketplace order.

Delivery and revisions

1. Set Delivery due (your time) and the revisions included in the package. The page counts down to the due date.
2. When you deliver on the marketplace, click I delivered. The status changes to "Delivered, waiting for the buyer".
3. If the buyer asks for changes, click Buyer asked for a revision. The status changes to "Revision in progress", and the page warns you when revisions go over the package.
4. For fixed-price orders, click Order completed when the marketplace shows the order as completed. Earnings start clearing from that day.

Extensions, extras and refunds

• Extension (days): record an extension agreed on the marketplace (1 to 60 days) with Record extension. The due date moves back.
• Request outside the package: note what the buyer asked for. Charge for it with a custom offer or an order extra on the marketplace, never outside it.
• Extra or tip received: money the buyer added on the marketplace. It counts in your earnings, after the marketplace fee.
• Refund: a full or partial refund given on the marketplace. It is taken off your earnings.

Milestones

For milestone orders, add each milestone in the Milestones section with its name, amount, revisions, delivery days and an optional description as on the offer. Each milestone counts in your earnings once it is approved.

Marketplace fee

Each order uses the usual fee for its marketplace: 20% for Fiverr, 10% for Upwork and Freelancer.com. If yours is different, change Marketplace fee % on the order (0 to 50%) and click Save.
