Installing and using the Windows desktop time tracker
Download Invollo Tracker for Windows 10/11, sign in, and track time against your projects.
The Invollo Desktop Tracker is an application for Windows 10 and Windows 11. It logs work hours directly to your Invollo projects.
Installation and setup
- On the Time Tracker page in the app, choose Desktop and click Download for Windows (64-bit) to get Invollo-Tracker-Setup.zip.
- Extract the ZIP to any folder and run Invollo Tracker.exe. There is no installer.
- Sign in with your Invollo email and password.
- Pick one of your active hourly projects and type a Task Description, then click Start Timer.
- Use Pause and Resume for breaks, and Stop when you finish. While running, the tracker logs elapsed time and captures periodic screenshots.
Important NoteThe tracker needs an internet connection to start, pause or stop the timer. If Windows shows "Windows protected your PC" on first launch, click More info and then Run anyway.
