Billing tracked hours on an invoice
Pick an hourly project on an invoice to add one line with the project's logged hours at its hourly rate.
Invollo can fill an invoice line from the time logged on an hourly project, so you do not have to copy hours by hand.
Adding tracked hours to an invoice
- Create a new invoice and select the client.
- In Project (Optional), pick an hourly project.
- Invollo replaces the line items with one line, "<project> - Time tracking", with all of the project's logged hours at its hourly rate.
- Check the hours and edit the line if needed, then click Create Invoice.
Important NoteThere is no date range and time entries are not marked as billed, so the line always includes all of the project's logged hours. Check the hours before sending.
