Invoicing in 26 currencies with daily exchange rates
Learn how multi-currency billing, daily indicative ECB rates, and fixed invoice rates operate.
Invollo lets you bill global clients in 26 currencies while keeping unified reporting in your home workspace currency.
How exchange rates work
- 26 Supported Billing Currencies: AUD, BRL, CAD, CNY, CZK, DKK, EUR, HKD, HUF, ILS, JPY, MYR, MXN, TWD, NZD, NOK, PHP, PLN, GBP, SGD, SEK, CHF, THB, USD, plus BDT and INR.
- Daily Indicative Rates: Invollo updates USD-based exchange rates daily from the European Central Bank (ECB) and ExchangeRate-API.
- Fixed Rate per Invoice: When an invoice is in another currency than your workspace currency, you can set a fixed exchange rate instead of the daily rate. A fixed rate can be changed until the first payment is recorded.
- Payment Records: Each payment keeps the exchange rate used to convert it.
Important NoteDaily exchange rates are indicative conversion rates for business reporting. Actual conversion rates charged to clients depend on your connected Stripe or PayPal account.
