Navigating your dashboard and key metrics
Understand monthly revenue, net income, outstanding balances, hours tracked, and quick actions on the dashboard.
The Invollo dashboard gives you a snapshot of your business. Money amounts are converted into your workspace reporting currency.
Key metrics explained
- Monthly Revenue: Your revenue chart, for the Last 12 Months or This Year.
- Net Income: Revenue minus expenses for this month, compared with last month.
- Outstanding: The unpaid balance of your invoices, including overdue ones, with the number of overdue invoices.
- Hours Tracked: Hours logged this week, with this month's total in the hint.
- Active Projects and Total Clients: How many projects and clients you have.
- Invoice Status: A breakdown of your invoices by status.

Important NoteInvoices created in foreign currencies are converted to your workspace reporting currency using daily indicative ECB / ExchangeRate-API exchange rates.
