Exporting your workspace data or closing your account
Download a JSON export of your workspace data, or close your account (data is deleted after 90 days).
Your data is yours. You can download an export of your workspace records at any time.
How to export your data
- Navigate to Settings and choose Security.
- In Data Portability & Workspace Export (owner or admin), click Export My Data.
- Invollo compiles your clients, projects, invoices, quotes, payments, and logs into a JSON file, which downloads in your browser.
Closing your account
- Only the workspace owner can close the account.
- Under Close Account in the Danger Zone, click Close Account, type CLOSE ACCOUNT and your password, then click Close My Account.
- Your login is deactivated immediately; your data is archived and fully deleted after 90 days.
Important NoteIf you are an admin or member of someone else's workspace, you can click Leave Workspace instead. Your Invollo account stays, and the workspace and its data stay with the owner.
