Inviting clients to access the client portal
Send secure invite links so clients can log in at app.invollo.com/client/signin.
The Invollo Client Portal gives your clients a private, dedicated dashboard where they can review invoices, check project status, approve quotes, and make payments.
How to invite a client to the portal
- Navigate to Clients in the sidebar.
- In the Portal Access column of the client list, click Invite to Portal for that client. Use Resend Invite if they need a new email.
- The client receives an automated invitation email containing a secure link to set their password.
- Once password setup is complete, the client signs in at https://app.invollo.com/client/signin.
Helpful TipIf a client works with more than one Invollo workspace, they can switch between workspaces from one portal login.
