Turning on Invollo AI for your workspace

Invollo AI answers questions about your workspace and writes drafts you can copy. It writes text only: it never sends emails, changes records or makes payments. It runs on monthly AI credits included in your plan, so there is no key to set up.

Turn it on (owner or admin)

1. Open Settings and select AI settings.
2. Click Turn on Invollo AI.
3. Read the Invollo AI Terms and tick both boxes: that AI can make mistakes and you will check its output, and that you accept the terms.
4. Click Accept and turn on.

Each team member ticks the same two boxes once, before their first question. We record who accepted, when, and from which IP address and browser.

AI credits

• Settings → AI settings shows the credits used this month, what is left and when they renew.
• A typical answer uses a few credits; a long chat uses more. When credits run out, AI pauses until they renew.
• The usage list shows each charge with a reference code. It never lists the questions or answers themselves.
