How recurring payments and emails work

Understanding how Invollo delivers recurring invoices ensures smooth interactions with your clients.
Important operational facts
- No automatic card charging: Invollo does not charge a client's saved card. Clients pay each invoice through its secure online link.
- Email delivery: Automatically emailed recurring invoices link to the online invoice, where the client can download the PDF and pay. The PDF is not attached to the email.
- Missed periods: If a schedule was paused, Invollo never creates invoices for the missed dates later.
Helpful TipClients who have access to the Client Portal can log in at any time to review and pay all current and past recurring invoices.
